First National Bank in Staunton on the corner of N. Elm and W. Main.
Pictured in the bottom right-hand corner is Ralph Oltmann.
Mr. Oltmann served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II. He was a waist-gunner on a B-24 bomber that was shot down over France in 1943. He was a German prisoner of war until his camp was liberated by the Allies in 1945.
